Greenleaf Blends Return and Refund Policy

At Greenleaf Blends, we strive to provide our customers with a flexible and transparent return and refund process. Below is our policy to ensure that both parties are treated fairly.

Right of Withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 365 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. This cooling-off period begins the day after you, or a designated third party (other than the carrier), receives the product.

During this period, we ask that you handle the product and its packaging with care. You are free to inspect the product, but only to the extent necessary to decide if you wish to keep it. If you choose to return the product, it should be returned with all accessories provided and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please notify us within the 365-day period by contacting us at support@greenleafblends.com with a written notice of your intention to withdraw. Once notified, you will have 14 days to return the product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:

  • If reasonably possible, the product should be in its original packaging and condition, including all accessories provided.
  • Proof of purchase from Greenleaf Blends (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required.

We understand that minor handling may occur during inspection. However, the product should be returned in a condition suitable for resale wherever possible. Items returned without prior notice will not be accepted.

Costs of Return

The costs of returning the products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective products). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure timely processing of your return.

Taxes and Shipping Fees

Please note that customs clearance costs, import VAT, and shipping fees are non-refundable. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are collected separately by the postal or courier service upon delivery, depending on your location. Greenleaf Blends does not include these costs in the listed product price.

Refunds will only cover the product's price (excluding shipping and taxes), unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Upon approval, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective product. Similarly, customs duties, import VAT, and any other taxes are not eligible for refund.

Non-returnable Items

Greenleaf Blends does not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Items that have been significantly used beyond inspection.
  • Items purchased during promotional sales or with gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving the product at support@greenleafblends.nl. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or a refund. In these cases, Greenleaf Blends will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, you may first return the original item by following the return process above. Once we receive and approve your return, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Limitations on Refunds

Refunds will not be granted if the product is returned in a significantly altered condition or without adherence to the return process. In the case of repeated returns by the same customer, Greenleaf Blends reserves the right to refuse future returns or apply specific conditions, in accordance with Dutch consumer law.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
