Greenleaf Blends Shipping Policy 

Where does Greenleaf Blends ship from?

All orders placed with Greenleaf Blends are processed and shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We ship both within Europe and to the United States.

Shipping Cost & Transit Times

The shipping cost and transit times for your order are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination. For domestic shipments within the European Union, standard shipping rates apply, and estimated transit times range from 2 to 7 business days.

For shipments to the United States, shipping costs and transit times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times range from 7 to 14 business days. Please note that these times do not include processing time, and customs procedures may delay delivery.

Deliveries are handled by DHL and BPOST.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipments occur Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that processing time does not count toward transit time. The estimated transit time begins once the order has been shipped from our facility.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are unable to change the delivery address after the order has shipped. While we will assist in resolving address issues with our carriers when possible, Greenleaf Blends cannot be held responsible for delays, fees, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information.

If an incorrect address causes an order to be returned to us, you will be responsible for return shipping fees. We can only refund the cost of the merchandise, excluding the original shipping fee. Adding a valid phone number and email address is recommended to ensure smooth communication with the shipping carrier.

Customs & Country Regulations

Greenleaf Blends complies with local import regulations as much as possible, both within the EU and the United States. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify their country’s import regulations before placing an order. If an order is held by customs, we cannot issue a refund.

Certain products may be restricted for shipment to certain countries. We advise you to check with your local customs office for any restrictions that may apply to your order.

Duties & Taxes

Please note that any applicable import duties, taxes, or additional fees for your order may be required upon delivery by your local customs office or carrier. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Greenleaf Blends during checkout.

Package Loss

While rare, packages can sometimes be lost or delayed. For international orders, including those to the United States, customs procedures and delivery times can vary by country and may take up to 40 business days in exceptional cases. An order will not be considered “lost” until 35 business days from the shipment date. We are unable to process claims until after the 40 business days period has passed.

If your package is lost, please contact our customer support at support@greenleafblends.nl within 60 calendar days from your order date. If you do not report the lost package within this period, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please note that orders shipped via a non-trackable method are not eligible for refunds if lost.

Greenleaf Blends is not responsible for any customs regulations, import duties, or taxes applied to your order once it reaches your country. Any additional costs incurred by customs are the customer’s responsibility, and Greenleaf Blends cannot be held liable for delays or seizures at customs.

All payments for orders placed with Greenleaf Blends are processed in Euros (EUR), USD, or DKK, and any currency conversion fees are handled by the customer’s bank or card issuer.
